I think that many people have a sweet tongue, just like me. When you ask my friends and family they will tell you that I can not resist any sweets – but I don’t care about that any way. However I’m trying to live a healthy lifestyle so I tried these low carb chocolate muffins. I simply love them, especially when you are “allowed” to eat them.

For 5 – 8 muffins:

  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 100 g  of butter
  • 40 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1,5 TS of baking powder
  • eventually sweetener

The preparation is easy. First heat the butter and the chocolate in a water bath. Beat and froth the eggs and put it together with the butter-chocolate mixture. Add the baking powder, the flour and the sweetener if you like some. Then you can fill the muffin cases. Put the muffins in the oven at 180 degree for 20 to 30 minutes. That’s it!

I really recommend that recipe. These chocolate muffins are so delicious even though they are low carb. You have to try it!
